Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Holy Jesus Pharma RX website and mobile app (the “service”). By creating an account, booking a consultation or otherwise using the service, you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Holy Jesus Pharma RX is a technology platform that lets you book and attend online consultations with doctors. The doctors are independent, registered medical practitioners whom we onboard to the platform. They, not Holy Jesus Pharma RX, provide the medical advice, diagnosis and prescriptions, and they are responsible for them. We provide the booking, payment, video and records tools.

The service is not for emergencies. Please read the Medical Disclaimer. We do not sell or deliver medicines through the service; a prescription is a document from your doctor that you can take to a pharmacy of your choice.

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.
• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that email account secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information, including your name and date of birth, and keep it up to date. Your doctor relies on it.
• One person, one account. Do not use another person’s account or let anyone use yours.

• Doctors set their own consultation fee. It is shown in Indian rupees (INR) before you pay.
• Appointment times are shown in Indian Standard Time (IST).
• When you choose a slot we hold it for you for 10 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time, the hold is released and you are not charged.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. A booking is confirmed only when the payment provider confirms your payment to us. If your bank is slow, the booking page waits for that confirmation.
• If money is taken but the booking cannot be confirmed (for example the hold had already expired), the amount is refunded automatically.

• The video call opens 10 minutes before your appointment time. Join from the booking page or the app.
• You need a working camera, microphone and internet connection, and you must allow your browser or phone to use them.
• Be in a private place, and tell the doctor honestly about your symptoms, history, medicines and allergies.
• The doctor decides what is clinically appropriate. They may advise an in-person visit, refer you elsewhere, or decline to prescribe a particular medicine, including because the law does not allow it to be prescribed remotely.
• Do not record, copy or share the consultation without the doctor’s agreement. We do not record consultations.

Where a doctor issues a prescription, you can download it from your booking. A prescription cannot be edited once issued; if the doctor needs to correct it, they issue a new one that replaces it. Use a prescription only as written, for yourself, and have it filled by a registered pharmacy. Prescriptions are kept for 3 years as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to ask a doctor for something unlawful or unsafe;
• abuse, harass or threaten doctors or our staff;
• impersonate anyone, or give false information to obtain a consultation or a refund;
• try to access other people’s accounts or data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its security;
• scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing one;
• upload anything that is unlawful, infringing or harmful, including malware.

The service, including its design, text, logos and software, belongs to Holy Jesus Pharma RX or its licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Health information you provide stays yours; you allow us and your doctor to use it only to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. Services depend on the internet, your device and third parties, and we cannot promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Medical advice and treatment come from the doctor, and results vary. To the fullest extent the law allows, Holy Jesus Pharma RX is not liable for a doctor’s clinical decisions or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to a consultation is limited to the amount you paid for that consultation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

You can delete your account at any time from /delete-account or in the app (some records are kept as set out in the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account, and cancel affected bookings with a refund, if you break these terms, misuse the service, or if we are required to by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first at holyjesuspharmarx@gmail.com and we will try to resolve any complaint quickly. If we cannot, the courts in India have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer right you have to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. Bookings you have already paid for stay on the terms that applied when you booked.
